She was quick to respond to all questions and to keep us up to date on any new events as we closed on our home. She is friendly, very knowledgeable and was an expert on the process of purchasing a foreclosure and all the ins and outs of the deal. My husband and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Literaly the first house that they showed me was great! It was brand new, clean, in my price range, and they were great about showing it to me multiple times. I bought the house and they were there with me every step of the way. I was really nervous about such an investment but Dan and Barbara were always there when I needed them. I cant say enough about them and will def recommend them to anyone and seek their help for the next house I buy in the future. Great people and very friendly. I have even stayed in contact with them long after. Great new friends!

Local knowledge: Process expertise: Responsiveness: Negotiation skills: Above you will see that I have rated Mr. Dan Woodcock to be five stars. I say this because he, as well as his wife, Barbara Woodcock simply made things happen for me and my roommate. Roughly a month ago, me and my roommate had made plans to move to the Pensacola area, from Somerset, KY. However and naturally, we were not quite ready for all of the obstacles we had before us. Before we had even got to Pensacola, we had a house picked out for rent - though, when we arrived it was nothing what we expected. We actually ended up staying in a local Day's Inn for a few nights, at our wits end to say the least. Driving ten hours with a U-Haul, three animals, and friends to help unload, to end up staying in a hotel--- I'm sure you can relate to our frustrations. However, that's when Dan and Barbara stepped in and honestly, fixed everything. Dan and his wife, communicated with us at all hours of the day-- to genuinely put us at ease that things would work out. That they would help us find a home, and they did. Dan had even sped up the process with getting our down payment from the original house back to us- so we could then use it for another home. They sent detailed emails regarding local rentals in the area, only in our price range, and even met with us to discuss them in person. We were able to call or even text with any questions or worries regarding each rental as well. Not only did they personally show us homes themselves, they even took their day off to help us look around - we literally looked around at ten different locations in one day. And if they honestly, didn't think it was suitable or there was possibly something better - they would tell us, which I appreciated more than anything. If you or anyone you know is looking for professional, reliable, honest, and determined agents. That genuinely care about you-- Dan Woodcock is who you need to see. He can, and will make things happen. I had never experienced the real-estate agency company before, so I honestly didn't know what to expect ; but thanks to him, the stress of looking is gone and we now live in a two bedroom/ two bath townhouse, that we absolutely love. 07/12/2015 - Blatherskite - From Zillow.com Pensacola, FL Barbara is very responsive and works hard to help you through the buying and selling process. We purchased a home with her and sold a home with her. As a buyer's agent, she kept us up to date with any news from the seller and called around to make sure we had the best price on inspections, planned improvements, or anything else we needed to do. As a seller's agent, she has assisted with obtaining quotes for repairs for our house and provided excellent guidance on how to stage our house and prepare it for sale. Our house sold within the first week of listing it! She and her husband, Dan, work as a team. Dan is very knowledgeable and an excellent resource. It was nice to have both of their perspectives, insight and opinions for our many questions. We certainly recommend Barbara as your realtor.
