About Barbi

I became a realtor looking to make connections with new people and helping them to feel more confident as they make some of the bigger decisions in their lives. My background is in the legal field and teaching. That knowledge enables me to explain the paperwork involved with buying and selling homes, writing accurate and successful offers and listing contracts so that my clients understand exactly every step of the process. Communication is so important, and I make sure to let my clients know what is going on with their transaction so they are always in the loop and feel comfortable to contact me at any time.
My experience has been varied, selling lake homes, vacant land, dream homes and starter homes! My goal on the listing/selling side and buying side is to learn everything I can about the home, the property and the location. If I can't find the answer, I will find someone who can. With the various nuances to every property, having someone who knows how to ask the right questions and get accurate answers is important. I make that a top priority with everyone I work with.
I have bought and sold property in the past without a realtor, and now understand the value a realtor brings to the table. Professionalism, education and courtesy go a long way in
bringing about successful transactions for all parties.
