Barbie, Sale of the Easterling’s Home at 645 Mae Lane, Alpharetta, Ga. To Whom It May Concern, Over the years, we have sold five (5) homes using realtors as our primary outreach to buyers. Our experiences Were not the best; many people coming in and out, offers way to low, and a long term sale. When we got ready To sell our 6th home, we called Barbie to take over with the goals of getting our price and selling as soon as possible. I know that getting our price and selling quickly are somewhat contradictory in today’s market, however, Barbie was able to accomplish both goals. The house sold at our asking price and believe it or not, it sold in 3 days after we put it on the market with Barbie. This all occurred in September 2007, right before the subprime mortgage disaster and the collapse of the home building business in the Metro-Atlanta area. I cannot say enough about the effort that Barbie put into finding prospective buyers and keeping us informed throughout the sales process. She was with us at the closing and guided us as we wrapped up the sale of our house. Barbie made it possible for us to have the nicest selling experience of any. 02/25/2015 - Donjb1933 Showed home in 2000 in Crabapple, GA 30004. I lived in the same Subdivision with Barbie Hintz for 15 years and we both were elected to the HOA and served for several years together. She was always very kind and responsive to any problems that arose during that time and helped solve any issues that arose. She was efficient, caring and quickly to prepare and distribute paperwork to all residents here that involved the subdivision. Not one time did I see her loose her temper or argue with any HOA officers or residents, always has a smile on her face, and eager to get work finished. She is very lovely person to be around and I would highly recommend her for most any job.

12/31/2014 - ventig20 Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Alpharetta, GA. We discovered a wanted Condo and with Barbie's skills starred above we rapidly negotiated an excellent price and closed on it. We had to try to avoid an extended period of dual mortgages. Again, with Barbie's skills starred above we had two contracts within days. The first contract had weaknesses beyond Barbie's control and was cancelled. The second contract was Rock Solid and went to an an expeditious closing at a highly satisfying price point.. Due to Barbie's starred skills our property was text book in set up for showings to clients and finally the bank's assessor. Further, our documentation pertinent to improvements was also text book caliber. Bottom Line: Barbie's starred skills, unquestionable integrity, experience, and God-given talent served us extremely well in both transactions. Yes, we validate the Five Star rating presented above.

Dear Barbie, Well the move is finally winding down and we are getting settled in as best we can. It has been a hectic couple of weeks since we left Alpharetta, but things are much better now that we are closer to the grandchildren. I want to thank you for the bottom of my heart for the work you did for us in the selling of the house in Alpharetta. I have worked with a great deal of agents over the years and I have never worked with one that was as dedicated to selling a property than you. Your tenacity, communication skills and attitude cannot be surpassed. I have never had an agent, or for that matter, any other professional stay in touch as you did. 02/28/2015 - revstarr Showed home in 2006 in Crabapple, GA 30004. My experience with Barbie Hintz showing me homes was when I was going to move to the Atlanta GA. I ended up moving to DE because of aging parents instead. Her knowledge of the housing industry and local areas was very extensive. She showed me homes in my budget, has a very good knack of knowing what I was looking for in a home, such as the space especially office and recreation areas. I found a house through Barbie that I liked but before I could make an offer my mother wanted me to move closer to them because of their health. I was in the area for 10 days and also went to an open house which was very warm and inviting. I know that Barbie went out of her way for the process. She was available when needed; professional, friendly and made me fill like family. She took the time to make sure I had all the information about the homes and the process of buying a home along with all steps necessary to get there. Even though I ended up in Delaware the experience was great because I was armed with the right kind of knowledge to buy a home.

03/01/2015 - user259495 Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Oxford, GA. As the company I worked for was transferring us to the Atlanta area, we had just 4 days to find our new home in this huge market. I was so thankful that Barbie was referred to us for helping us locate a home! She was such a sweet and honest lady, worked so hard for us, knew the area and did extra research as to each of the homes we were interested in, and took us all over the area looking at various homes.
