I have lived in the triad for nearly 40 years of my life. My wife and I currently live in Guilford County but have lived in Winston-Salem, Kernersville, and High Rock Lake, which has really helped me gain knowledge and experience to service the entire triad. I began as a Realtor in 2016 for ReMax of Greensboro and gain great experience there as well as leveraging all of the continuing education that they over to agents. In 2019 after 3 very successful years as an agent I branched out and became a Broker in Charge and started my own firm Piedmont Signature Realty. As a firm we have made our priority being our clients fiduciary. That is a term that is not heard often in real estate, but as your fiduciary your very best interest is only only priority. Because of that we do not offer "Dual agency" because we do not understand how anyone could truly do what is the very highest and best for clients on both sides of a deal. It is our opinion that when representing both sides the obvious conflict of interest results in many trying to find how to make the deal at the lowest number the seller will take and the highest number the buyer will pay so that the agent gets the benefit of both commissions which is in their best interest.
