Pam and Barry have a great reputation- and I can tell you it’s well earned. Pam and Barry, and her Team, were professional, punctual, and they communicated well. Selling a house is always a stressful time for a family, but it just wasn’t this time. Pam handled our sale personally, but Barry and the Team of realtors all came out and walked through together so they could formulate a sales strategy as a team. We sold quickly, and she handled everything like a professional. Our cleaners even missed a few things and Pam rolled up her sleeves and made it right herself. Pricing, service, process… it was all explained up front and she kept her word. I can’t recommend Pam and Barry enough. Top notch business.

We are Veterans from the US Army. After our last overseas hardship tour to S Korea my spouse and I purchased a starter home in cozy NE Lawton-MacArthur Park area where we started our family. After our 4 year station to Lawton-Fort Sill, we decided it was time for us to retire from the military. Unfortunately, around 2008, the housing market was upside down so selling was not an option. We had to unfortunately put our little home on the rental market ( Reluctantly renting our home through Coldwell Banker- CrossRoads/Sundance By Jay Kinder, ended up being a HUGE mistake. Coldwell-Banker ran that quant little house into the ground, allowing renters to trash it where we had to 11years later either flip it or tear it down!). Fixer Upper we did and made it a wonderful home with a modern twist. We knew never again to trust Coldwell-Banker/Jay Kinder group. We called other realtor companies but nobody seemed too interested in meeting up with us or would call us in a reasonable timeframe since we had to travel from out-of-state to Lawton. We knew to find a power house with Pam and Berry through ReMax Realty!!! From the start Pam called us back immediately when we where driving to Lawton on a Saturday and She meet up with us the same day we called! She walked the property and she was very positive about selling this cute house within 45 days at our asking price. We priced it right and even though an offer undershot our asking price she held firm from the counter offer with our original reasonable asking price and we sold our house in 29 days from putting it on the market for our asking price! Everyone was professional and corresponded in a timely fashion. Even minor issues fixed in a timely fashion! WOW! Best ever TEAM to deal with. Wish they were local to us in Texas because we would definitely recommend them and use Pam& Berry’s team at ReMax AGAIN!!!! You’d be a FOOL using Coldwell Banker Jay Kinder affiliates in Lawton-Fort Sill, Oklahoma!

From listing to closing I always get great response. Agent here usually prepare me well before listing. For example, Consider change the old style ceiing fan to a newer or more trendy one. Save your flipping money, You do not need to upgrade the bathroom. Include a few reccess light, it will make the house look more modern. These are quality advise and valuable

As first time home buyers, my husband and I were way out of our depth. Pam and Barry's team, and Erin Knight in particular, were so helpful in answering all of our questions and helping us through the paperwork and the headaches. When things weren't going as planned, our agent acted as a go between for us, ensuring that we would have all of our needs met before we closed. Even after closing, she went out of her way to help us with all the problems that we found hadn't been addressed before we signed the paperwork. She was so patient and understanding with us that it made what could have been an awful situation just that much better.

All in all, Pam and Barry's team seem to have the knowledge, experience, and the drive that I would recommend to anyone buying or selling their home. If you are a buyer, ask for Erin to represent you. She was the best agent that we never expected. Communication is key when making such a big lifetime decision, and you don't want to be left hung out to dry in the process of buying a home.

I had a very awesome experience leasing with Pam and Barry Rentals. The application process was not complicated. They stayed on top of any issues or concerns I had as a tenant (which was few to none). They also handle maintenance requests and schedule preventive maintenance services in a timely manner. Toward the end of my lease, I submitted my move-out notice IAW the time frame in my lease and returned the property back to Pam and Barry Rentals cleaned and ready for the next tenants to move in. I was happy to receive my rent deposit ( in full) within 30-45 days. Great company to lease from.

Rhonda Redd is a Top level Realtor, she was professional and very knowledgeable. Rhonda was very personable, helpful and patient in so many ways. Rhonda always explained any uncertainties that I had about the selling process. Rhonda made sure I knew step by step what to expect. I started as a novice seller, by the time my house sold which only took a couple of months I felt like a expert seller. We recently closed on our first home with Chuck Webber from Pam and Barry's Team. Chuck, the other realtors and the support staff were all wonderful. They all took the time to ensure my wife and I knew everything about the homes we were interested in. Chuck was constantly responsive and helped us to understand the home buying process.
