Barry Novick

Barry Novick is well known on the North Fork for his real estate ability, professionalism, knowledge of the area and integrity. He has earned this reputation through his ability to listen to both sellers and buyers, apply his valuation and marketing acumen as right for each individual property and successfully negotiate the sale. His successful results in real estate speak for themselves with hundreds of listings and sales among his achievements. Barry was the recipient of the 2009 and 2010 Hamptons and North Fork Realtors Association (HANFRA) North Fork Deal of the Year Award as well as taking part in the two highest residential sale transactions on the North Fork in 2014.

Since moving from Manhattan and beginning his real estate career on the North Fork in 1991, Barry Novick has honed his skills in valuation, sales and marketing. His sales include waterfront and off the water residential properties from entry level to multi-million-dollar estates. He has brokered land, agricultural acreage, as well as working farms and wineries.

Mr. Novick has listed and sold many vineyard/winery properties on the East End and is known to be an expert in this niche. He was also selected as the exclusive broker for Rock Cove Estates, a luxury residential community found on the Long Island Sound. Barry's wide network of clients continues to grow through word-of-mouth referrals by clients who have received help from working with a top North Fork broker. This loyal, often repeat client base is another of Barry's outstanding achievements. Barry holds a B.S. degree from the University of Maryland. He has owned homes in Southold since 1988, moving here full time with his family in 1991.
