My wife and I purchased a house in Boulder in June 2022. This was an extremely hard market for buyers, especially first time buyers like ourselves.

Barry and Cassie were wonderful to work with during the process. They were always available and easy to get a hold of via text, phone call, or email. They worked to get us showings for any and all houses we wanted to see and at least one of them was always there personally for the walkthroughs. They were extremely knowledgeable about the Boulder/Superior/Louisville area, answered all of our questions, and always pointed out things during showings that we would have otherwise missed.

With their experience over the years, they had good relationships with many of the selling agents and worked seemingly nonstop, feeling out what kind of offer it would take to get that particular house. In the end they always listened to what we wanted and worked hard to get us there. Any contract question or change that came up, they walked us through it and made time to talk through any concerns we had.

We would highly recommend them if you are looking for a house in the greater Boulder area. Hopefully they are still around the next time we need a house!

I would recommend Barry and Cassie to anyone looking to buy/sell a home. They made a usually daunting process so much easier. They were always available to answer my many questions via email, text or call. I looked at places for almost a year and a half and Barry was so incredibly patient throughout. He knew what I was able to afford, and went above and beyond to help me find it. Never once did I feel pressured.
