Baylee Mcduffee

Born and raised in Nevada, the Carson Valley has always been home for Baylee. For ten years, Baylee worked at a locally recognized fitness facility transitioning from her role as a Gymnastics Coach to an Office Manager over the years.

Her career in Real Estate began in 2018 when she became a Transaction Coordinator for a Top Producer in the Valley. Learning the ins and outs of the business, it did not take long for Baylee to become licensed herself. Baylee now works at Intero Real Estate, which has been awarded the Best Real Estate Office in the Carson Valley for four years in a row.

Armed with both a knowledge for the area and the industry, Baylee takes on a strategic approach to each transaction to seamlessly assist clients through both the buying and selling process. Her high energy and determination contribute to her ability to create positive business relationships and friendships with clients.

When Baylee is not working, she loves spending time at the gym, listening to podcasts, and exploring Nevada with her husband Max and dog Stella.
