Baylee Richards

Baylee Richards has lived in the beautiful Broken Bow area her entire life. She grew up looking for quartz rocks on the shores of Broken Bow Lake and even worked in the Beavers Bend State Park during her early high school years. Baylee began working for Janett Brown as her personal assistant during her junior year of high school. After working with Janett for over three years, and loving the job, she decided to jump headfirst and got her Realtor’s License to join the BB Real Estate Team.

Baylee is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have a beautiful son. They happily live in the same neighborhood that they both grew up in and are surrounded by their family. Baylee enjoys hiking in the State Park with her husband, son and their dogs, gathering with their family every week, spending time on their family ranch in Hugo, OK, and traveling with her husband, Colton.

Baylee is a very goal-oriented person, and she likes helping others. She prefers working in a team situation and she has fabulous co-workers who make that possible.
