I don’t know if it was Beatrice selling my home within 36 hours of it being listed, or just the overall not having to worry about anything… but man… I’ve never worked with a realtor so good at what she does. She takes care of business while making you feel comfortable and cared for. 20/10 would recommend.

A lot of agents talk a good game but Beatrice Covington and the Covington Connection proves that she listens and cares about your home buying experience. She didn't stop until she found us exactly what we dreamed of and never tried to get us to "settle", got us a great deal and walked us thru every moment to the finish line. Even after closing she has remained in contact just to make sure we were satisfied. It was like dealing with good family. Her, her husband Zelle and her extended team are just awesome!..…5 star treatment is what we felt we received. You will not be disappointed in dealing with her.....she'll keep you in good hands.

As a first time homebuyer in my 20's I knew very little about the process, but Beatrice was there to help me every step of the way. I had already met 2 other realtors through Zillow before meeting Beatrice and was INSTANTLY impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge presented by Beatrice that I did not find in previous realtors. She also responded to all of my questions and kept me informed every step of the way! She made sure that I was buying a home that truly was worth it and I could tell she was not just interested in making a sale off me. MOST IMPORTANTLY, Beatrice was able to connect with me on a personal level and took into account all of the important features I was looking for in a home. Buying a home is NOT an easy process, but I do believe Beatrice and her team at Covington Connection made it a lot easier for me. I am so grateful for Beatrice for "fighting all my home buying battles", for her professionalism and knowledge, AND for helping me find/buy my dream home. What tremendous service Beatrice has provided us in the over 3 months we have worked with her.

Starting with the first time we met, Beatrice has been on top of all the situations that have arisen during this time. From day 1, where Beatrice spent an entire day with us showing us homes and getting to know us, she has provided excellent service tailored to our specific needs. We’ve appreciated how she guided us to make wise choices during the search process.

Once we found a house we loved, she was right there to help us navigate through the offer process. And since that point, Beatrice has been on top of all the details during inspections, walkthroughs and negotiations.
