We have been working with Becki Wheeler for almost 5 years. Over those years our cabin requirements have changed, and during COVID our search was put on hold. Becki has been there for us through it all looking for the special cabin she knew we were looking for. We had a lot on our list, and I know it wasn’t easy to find without compromising too much. Every time we would text her about a cabin we had seen online, she would be out there taking a video for us. She always got back to us no matter what she was doing or what time it was. She was so positive when we would get discouraged, saying if it was meant to be it will. She was right! Our cabin was meant to be ours.
We couldn’t be happier. We got almost everything that was on our list. We not only got the cabin we wanted, but we got a great friend in the process! Becki is a wonderful person, and a strong Christian. I would never use anyone else for my real estate needs. She was with us every step of the way through the whole process and continues to answer any questions we have about anything in the Big Bear area.
We have our cabin, and a great friend.

I have used a few other agents in Big Bear and have used Becki Wheeler at RE/MAX Big Bear for selling two of my homes and for purchasing another home and have to say she is by far the best Realtor in Big Bear! When I listed my first home on June 1, 2019 she had the sign up the same day and the photographer over the next day. We had a full price offer and the home in escrow on June 10. My second home was listed on Aug. 2 and sold on Aug. 30, also for full price. The home I bought had some issues that the seller and agent tried to get out of taking responsibility for. Becki had tough negotiation skills and even showed up to video tape the plumbers comments on the issues. I would highly recommend Becki Wheeler for buying or selling, she is knowledgeable, a tough negotiator, a local expert and follows through with what she says.

I had a great experience working with Becki Wheeler, she was the selling agent/buyer’s agent 4 years ago on a small parcel of land I purchased in Big Bear.This time I bought a small home ! Regardless of your budget, time frame or buying from afar. Becky is knowledgeable of owning a mountain property. Even helping with utilities, contractors and even cleared the weeds from the property with the selling agent would not! Would recommend to anyone looking for a home in Big Bear!

Even though Becki Wheeler lives in Big Bear and we live down the hill, we chose her because we trusted her and had heard of her reputation of being very helpful and thorough in dealing with her clients.
