Keller Williams has not only sparked my passion for selling real estate, but also for coaching other agents as they strive to hit their goals. Everyone has the ability to achieve their dreams if they are willing to get out of bed and move their feet each day. Most times having a partner in accountability, a coach, can help push through any limiting beliefs we have, and, in the end, we find ourselves able to carry out the tasks that were once so scary! Coaching also allows me to fulfill my real estate sales passion by helping the agents in my program be the best they can be for their buyers and sellers. In the end both positions together lead to more real estate transactions---more goals achieved. :)
