I had the pleasure of meeting Becky as a listing agent on a property - I'd reached out to her directly when I wasn't able to get through to other realtors. Her response to my calling her was, "When can you meet and see it - I'll personally meet you there."

Now, fast forward two months after I'd looked at countless other homes - Becky walked me through each of them and sent me other options when that first one seemed a bit out of my reach after seeing it firsthand. Then, all of a sudden, it was in my reach with a price cut and I'd reached my wits ends with the Housing Frenzy and having five offers fade away in the wind; I messaged Becky "I keep thinking about that house..."

She said, "You really should think about that house..." I replied with a "Fine, here goes nothing..." Apparently the sixth offer is the charm because we're in the house that will be ours forever.

Don't hesitate - Becky will be there for you just as she was for me - through the financing and ups/downs until you're at the point of signing your life away on the dotted line and realizing that you're at peace with this because it just fits.

I was beyond lucky to have her be my realtor and to become a friend for life.

I would highly recommend Mrs. Biggs when looking to buy or sell real estate. We listed our home with her and within two days we had an offer and we accepted and got 10k more than we had previously listed with another agent. What impressed us was how professional her listing looked and flyers that were designed with really nice photos that were presented to prospective buyers. We only showed it once and sold to that first couple. Previously when listed with another agent we showed it over 10 times and never could even get a reasonable offer. Also we used Becky to make a land purchase and we scored a really good deal on some beautiful acreage. She knows how to find the best deals when buying. Shes a professional and good at what she does. As a first time home buyer Becky was very transparent, very warm, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel as if I was her own daughter! There were so many things she caught that I would not have known to even ask/request to be fixed before purchasing my home. She was always available at anytime time of day or night. She made sure I didn't have to worry about anything, she is very trustworthy! She really took care of me, and if I call her today she still takes care of me!
