In the past, I have had many experiences with selling & buying houses and, for the first time ever, I feel it's warranted to write a review about my latest home buying with Becky Davis and Coldwell Banker Realty. Becky was not only an amazing & knowledgeable professional, but she was also incredibly patient. For many months, we had reviewed, visited & occasionally put in offers. At the time, the housing market was less than desirable and became somewhat discouraging however, Becky's no pressure enthusiasm made the daunting search bearable. She was always on your side with compassion & understanding. Her energy finally yielded us a wonderful home purchase. One that we will cherish for many years to come. I chose Becky Davis, Coldwell Banker Realty, as my realtor because of her commitment to providing me with the highest level of service. She made sure that every i's are dotted, and t's are crossed. I got the feeling that Becky did not want me to be taken advantage of, which is why she pushed for the best.

Becky was a pleasure to work with. She exceeded my expectations throughout the buying process and was incredibly thorough at every stage of buying my new home. She was always ahead of me and constantly “ahead of the curve” at every process step. Becky was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful as my agent. Her professional and interpersonal skills work synergistically to make her an outstanding representative for anyone wanting to purchase or sell their home.

Becky has treated me with that special touch of making me feel as if I was her only client, while I know she juggled with other clients and her busy schedule with her wonderful kids. She is phenomenal. Without reservation, I would most certainly recommend her to family, friends, and anyone who wants to buy or sell their home. Becky was amazing and really made me feel comfortable during all steps of the home buying process. This was my first time buying a home and Becky was patient and educated me along the way, never being pushy and always ensuring I was making the best decisions for me. I recommend her to anyone!
