Becky has extensive experience in many aspects of real estate and finance, spanning 30+ years of Silicon Valley market cycles. She has owned and operated her own residential real estate and mortgage brokerage; managed a branch office for a national lender, where Becky has full underwriting authority; acted as an intermediary in 1031 exchanges for real estate investors; and worked with developers to finance multi-million dollar commercial and residential construction projects. Becky was literally in training from a very early age, having grown up with a realtor, two loan officers, an escrow officer, an exchange coordinator, and a contractor.
Becky is a certified SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), ASP (Accredited Staging Professional), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), and CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert). This training allows her to offer her clients a wealth of knowledge in preparing their homes for sale in the most cost-effective manner, while being sensitive to their individual needs. It also gives her the skills needed to navigate complex transactions and negotiate the best outcomes for Becky’s clients, while continually educating them regarding their options. Becky’s goal is to make every move as easy and stress-free as possible.
