Working with Becky made finding and buying a home a breeze! She is a strong but calm force. She is vocal about every aspect, small or large which was perfect as first time buyers. Becky is calming in the sense that she is always a text or phone call away and will get you the reassurance or experienced option you need in making the biggest purchase of your life. She took the time to get multiple quotes for various home needs to negotiate with sellers. We walked away with a nice Seller's assist thanks to Becky!
She was able to help us find a home that checked all of our boxes and more!
Today's market is tough for buying and negotiating but with Becky's expertise we were able to find and buy a home in 3 months. Thank you Becky for helping us become happy homeowners!

My husband and I can not say enough about how professional and personable our realtor Becky Krevitz is.
May 2022 is the second time we have used Becky as our realtor. Our first time was three years ago as a buyer, and this time as a seller.
From start to finish Becky guided as through the process. She is straightforward and direct which we appreciate.
As a buyer, we told Becky what we were looking for and she listened, unlike previous experiences that I had where I was continuously shown properties that didn’t fit my needs. She knows the Montgomery County area well. She advised us on making a reasonable offer that was acceptable.
As a seller, especially in this current tight market, Becky advised us on pricing, staging and did all the hand holding I needed. Our property sold very quickly (only three weeks from listing to closing) at a price that was very satisfying.
Becky went above and beyond what any realtor is expected to do. She even helped us donate and sell items in our property.
We would highly recommend Becky Krevitz and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

She was so professional, but yet it was like I've known her for a LIFETIME! I met Becky when I was selling a house/home for my friend. The listing was posted on Wednesday, we received many offers and made a decision to accept one of the offers by that Sunday. The offer was a cash offer which was great. All the inspections were handled by Becky and her extensive knowledge of the industry within three weeks. Our settlement was at the end of the third week which went smoothly without any issues. I will recommend Becky to anyone looking to sell their home.
