I found Becky Lusch while looking at other homes. I placed many calls to other realtors only to not get returned calls or maybe a call days later. Becky not only answered my calls immediately, but had answers for any question I asked. When I ran across the home I purchased. Becky took over and took care of everything without a hitch. With the help of her expertise, my offer was taken over another offer handed in hours earlier. I was able to close on the house 26 days after a contract was offered and accepted. Twenty Eight days after the contract was made and accepted, the keys were handed over to me and I began cleaning and moving in. I could not have ask for a more pleasant and knowledgeable realtor. I would not only refer Becky to anyone looking to buy or sell a home but would highly recommend her services. I am sure if you use her you will be as pleased as I was with her service. MCS

After an extremely frustrating run on the market, I reached out to Becky and her group through the Dave Ramsey ELP. From the time I first contacted Becky, it took a week to get the house listed and an additional 21 days to put it into contract and close it. So about a month for the entire process. They helped me price the house right to sell it quickly and had a professional photographer come in and take an amazing virtual tour video and awesome photographs. Becky and her team worked hard to make the transaction run as smoothly and quickly as it could.
