Becky has served on just about every committee on the local level and has served the state as well. She was the 2021 Cheyenne Board of Realtors President. The knowledge of the industry is vital to successfully navigate not only smooth deals but to know how to get through the ones no one else wants to touch. Why have an actual office in today's sales environment? Real estate is the name of what they do, if they are not paying for a Real Estate location and being in the same situation as they are helping our clients be in, they would be hypocrites. They tout the importance of the American Dream of homeownership, and they live that way, owning their own home. They tout the benefits of Real Estate Investing, flipping homes, Rental properties, etc., They have done that too! They understand the needs of start-up businesses, needing the best location they can afford today. That's where they are too! All their agents do not have to have office space in our office, but they are always welcome to use the office space to meet their needs.

Where did the name Pine Rock Realty Come From? Is that a Wyoming thing...like Pine Bluffs to Rock Springs? While it was a cool coincidence, no, the name came from their 1-year-old son. While he had just barely started walking, they were out camping. They were sitting around camp discussing the new business venture and what we would call it, Taz (their son) brought dad a pinecone and a rock, and eureka! Pine Rock Realty was Born!
