Becky Partin worked as our agent in selling our home as well as in buying our custom built home. She was able to expertly guide us through each step of the sales process.

Becky’s insightful knowledge of the current housing market in our area enabled her to price our home correctly. In fact, it sold at a significant amount over the asking price after having been on the market for only two days.

Becky was our advocate and advisor throughout the process of having our home built. Her connections throughout the industry enabled her to work very effectively for us. She knew exactly how to navigate the process so that we were not caught off guard by the little bumps along the way.

Ashley Arthur was amazing from start to finish to ensure she met both our house shopping needs. In the beginning we were both quite hesitant about the whole home buying option and we’re highly unknowledgeable. We weren’t at all sure what our first home must have’s would look like or the first step in searching for a home. Ashley was extremely patient with us and even took the time to mentor us into making an educated decision. She provided us with a comprehensive guide that took up step by step and answered some of our more in depth questions. She was extremely responsive when it came to daily communication for even the smallest updates. I loved how approachable and authentic this realtor is. She presented herself as a real person and never held back when I asked for her honest input for any particular situation. She defiantly gave us peace of mind when it came down to making the big decisions. She supported us even when we wanted to take a break from our search and kept her eyes open for anything that would best suit our needs and was promptly ready to continue showings once we were ready. She was always in constant communication with all parties once it came to closing. She would frequently update us once things progressed throughout this process. Once we were clear to close she was celebrating right next to us. Even to this day I truly feel as is we didn’t just find our home we found a friend. She’s still in contact with us keeping up with making sure everything is followed thru with the final walk thru inspection touch ups. I feel as if we can contact her at anytime in the future for help, advice or even just for a BBQ. Grade A, top tier service. My only wish is that she is still in this business in 10 years when we are ready to sell and move on to our next home.

My wife and I were looking for a home for our growing family and Becky was recommended to us. We were looking for a “Unicorn” of a house and Becky was so great the entire time. And I mean the entire time - since I think it took almost 2 years. This was also during the crazy increase in house pricing. We were looking in areas all over from Statesboro, Pembroke, Guyton, Richmond Hill, Townsend and anything in between. Becky always made time for showings, very pro active in finding new potential homes and never once complained about our wants/needs. She is a true joy to work with and very honest.

My wife and I ended up finding a house in the Richmond Hill area and couldn’t be happier. Becky made every step of the buying process a stress free breeze from start to finish.

When it was time to sell our home, Becky listed our house on a Thursday and we had plenty of offers to pick from by Sunday. We had it under contract by Monday.

For the last 5 years I owned a business that supported the real estate market in greater Savannah. For better or worse, I got to know a few dozen realtors. When we decided to sell our home, the decision on who we would work with was easy. Competence and character is usually not easy to find, but I knew where to look. Becky Partin is smart, very hard working, and extremely competent. 20% charm and 80% business. Most other agents try and rely on the opposite balance.
Excellent experience, always best to deal with a broker. I don't believe you could find her equal.
