I list and sell commercial and residential real estate in Monroe County and the surrounding areas. I live in the south campus area and enjoy working with a variety of clients from first time home buyers to retirees. I have been selling real estate in Bloomington since 2005. Prior to selling real estate, I was a corporate restaurant manager in the San Francisco area, St. Louis and Indianapolis and owned 3 independent restaurants in downtown Indianapolis and Bloomington. I am very active in the community and have served as a Board Member for CASA, the YMCA and Lifedesigns, and am active in fundraising and have represented LifeDesigns pro bono in several commercial real estate transactions. I was the recipient of the 2009 Humanitarian Award for the Monroe Co. Board of Realtors, 2006 Volunteer of the Year for Options, 2003 State Board Member of the Year for CASA, 2003 Woman of the Year for Girl's Inc. and the 2013 Stewardship Award for LifeDesigns.

Specialties: As a former restaurateur, I am a specialist in types of properties that are suitable for restaurants and bars, and am very knowledgeable about government regulations, health codes and liquor license laws. I have procurred several liquor licenses and beer and wine licenses and have bought, sold and leased restaurant and retail properties both for myself and clients. I own residential rental properties and have developed an efficient program for managing rental properties. I have lived in Bloomington since 1992 and am very familiar with the community and surrounding areas. I work closely with David Lantz of Shelterwood Builders to locate properties suitable for flipping and buildable lots. I also enjoy connecting Dave with potential clients for custom builds.
