Belinda Ancinec

Belinda has been in the industry for 30 plus years. During her highly successful real estate career she has served as President of the Abilene Association of Realtors and President of the Abilene Women’s Council of Realtors. She has been awarded “Salesperson of the Year” and “Realtor of the Year” from the Abilene Association of Realtors.

She uses this expert knowledge to accurately assess houses to determine their value and pinpoint the remedies needed to bring each property to its highest potential and best bottom dollar. This expertise enables her to list and sell properties successfully - taking them from the initial listing and marketing, through negotiations, contract and finally to closing.

Her experience as sales manager, new agent training and relocation director helped develop her true passion of helping “first time” homebuyers. She listens to their cares and concerns to help find them the home that is right for them. She finds this provides them with a positive purchasing experience.
