Belinda let’s you know the price your house WILL sell for them she gets it sold on the spot. My house sold within a month. My grandmothers house was the same and my wife’s house sold within a week after being listed by another agent for almost a year. Belinda is a worker and that’s why the deal happens quickly. She also helped find a new house and brokered the deal herself.
