Time for a third update...

Belinda Kirk is simply the best. I have written reviews regarding how she designed and helped me build the perfect house. I have written reviews about how she helped me sell that house when career changes forced me to move out of St. Augustine. Those reviews about how selfless and perfect she is as an agent fails to capture what she just pulled off for me.
I insisted that she come help me find my next perfect house. Belinda made numerous trips to the Orlando area to help me find that next special place to live. After a few trips, much searching and countless discussions, Belinda just pulled off a miracle. Thanks to her negotiating skills, knowledge and personality, I just went under contract as a buyer at 9% under asking price on a house I would have paid more for. As pretty as this house is from the front, the view from my backyard on the lake is simply amazing!
Belinda, thank you for being a trusted advisor, an amazing real estate agent and a true friend that I can always trust to be looking out for me.

I am updating my review because unfortunately, I had to sell my incredible home that Belinda designed for me. As much as I didn't want to, my relocation meant I had to part with the perfect house. I turned to Belinda and she was just as amazing on the sales side of this as she was on the design, build and purchase side. It was full circle on this house and I could not be happier. She staged the house, marketed the house and got me full price even after the market started to soften. I was sure she was the best when I bought the house and I'm even more sure she is the best now. I will always trust Belinda with my real estate deals.

Belinda not only knows and understands real estate, she listened to what I wanted, advised me as to the pros and cons of my wishes and as she was my agent and I was building a new home, she actually helped design many aspects of my home to improve its overall value. Those recommendations and design aspects are widely and regularly commented on as being unique, beautiful and like nothing they have seen before. Belinda was not only out for my interest she cared enough to make sure that things I never thought about were addressed and taken care of. She is the difference between owning a structure and truly owning a home where memories can be made. I can't imagine ever finding a better real estate agent. She's honest, she listens, she's a trusted advisor, and I will never use anyone else when buying or selling a house.

I was looking for a house and Belinda was very professional and helped me out in many ways. I felt like she was my family, but unfortunately things happened and I couldn't buy at the time. I will use her again when the time comes and I recommend her to everyone I know.
