We came to her after wasting 3 days with another local agent that could not find us a home. By noon on Wednesday she was drafting the paper work while my wife, son and I went passed the local alligator farm for my son. She called us to come in around 1:30 pm to put in our official written offer and by 4:00 pm we were told the seller excepted our offer.
