In 1976, Ben Gamache started Gamache Properties as a small real estate investment firm and after ten years was managing 1,800 residential apartments. Today, Gamache Properties owns and manages nearly 800,000 square feet of commercial property in the Greater Manchester and Merrimack area. Recognized as a leader and innovator within the real estate industry, Ben Gamache is a member of various industry associations including the Commercial Investment Board of Realtors (CIBOR) and the National Board of Realtors.

A strong supporter of the local community, Gamache has served on the Manchester Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Board for Intown Manchester and proudly served as Chairman of the Board for Easter Seals New Hampshire from 2007 to 2009.
