In 2017, I also became a Certified Residential Specialist, a real estate designation I earned by selling a large number of houses AND attending education out of state. With this designation, I'm proud to be in the top 3% of all real estate agents in the nation, with more experience and training than the average REALTOR®. I'm also a lifelong Alaskan that grew up on the Kenai and I've spent many summers as a commercial driftnet fisherman in Cook Inlet. In addition to my construction background, these jobs helped me have an outstanding work ethic along with an ability to solve the toughest of problems. Throughout my life, I've even developed an extensive knowledge of the area and have established many relationships with vendors in the industry. From mortgage lenders to general contractors and everyone in between.
