We recently located from another state. We met Bene once in person and explained what we were looking for. From there, she worked diligently with us long-distance to set up video tours of several properties — even on weekends and evenings to accommodate the time difference. She helped us navigate multiple offers in a competitive market until we finally landed on the right deal! She negotiated with the seller to assist with closing costs and final repairs. It was a rollercoaster, but Bene helped smooth the ride!

My wife and I were lucky enough to work with Bene' for our house hunt. We contacted her office fairly randomly and she answered the bell. Bene' quickly proved herself as one who cares about her clients and went above and beyond our expectations! We were fairly particular about our house search criteria, which also evolved over time, and Bene' was patient and supportive throughout the entire process. Bene' is very personable, easy to reach, and most of all she acts in her client's best interest every step of the way! We would not hesitate to reach out to Bene' to represent us in the future if we ever move again! It truly was a seamless experience which is owed to Bene's efforts on the business side as well as the personal side. 6/5 stars if I could.
