About Benjamin

Born and raised in Iowa, Ben has been serving central Iowa and the Des Moines metro since earning his real estate license in 2012. He quickly became a top producer at his former agency by gaining the trust and respect of his clients and peers. Still, he believed there was a more efficient way to provide real estate services to the community, so in 2016 Ben earned his broker’s license and opened his own discount brokerage Dream Street Realty. Ben is a highly ambitious and driven individual, and it’s his passion for helping others which drives him to stay up with current market trends and all the best ways to serve his clients. I, along with my wife Jordan, love helping people and are very passionate about real estate. We are always striving to learn and grow as realtors and as a brokerage.
