He has a great personality. He's very helpful with your answers. If he doesn't know the answer he will try very hard to find it and let you know. Most of my questions were about the buyer of my home. I would recomend him as a real estate agent. He did a excellent job selling my home.

Ben kept me informed throughout the process and being that I was out of state, this was especially important and reassuring to me. He explained what I needed to do and why and consistently responded to my questions promptly. He gave good advice on reducing the price when there was no interest expressed initially and I trusted his judgment. He found reliable and trustworthy professionals to tend to the needs of the property to ensure a timely closing which benefitted both me as the seller and the buyer. Ben was extremely helpful in our search for a home that was right for our family. He understood what we were looking for and was very proactive trying to find a home that best met our wants, needs, and price range. When we found the right place to call home he acted very quick to get us what we needed. He was very informative, had great knowledge of the places we had interest in, and was able to answer any question we had whether it was about the house or the process. Ben made finding a home a lot easier for us. He also has a likable personality which helped make a difficult and stressful process more enjoyable. You can tell that he has a passion for the job and to help the people who need his expertise. He still checks in on us every now and then while we adjust to our new home just to make sure things are going well. Overall we are very satisfied with our experience with Ben!

Ben was great! Meeting him by chance at another house lead us to have him show us the house we fell in love with! Very easy to work with! His knowledge of the area helped us out a lot as we moved from New Hampshire and was unfamiliar with the area we bought. Even helped us with local take out places :-)
