About Benjamin
Ben Kmetz was born and raised in St. Marys, Pennsylvania. In 2010 he graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Shortly after graduation he began a successful career in the natural gas and oil industry operating an independent property research company. In 2016 he furthered his education and became a licensed Real Estate Agent. In 2022 Ben successfully completed all the required PA Real Estate Broker courses and passed the National and State exams. Ben is a Certified Seller Representative Specialist and Accredited Buyer Representative ABR® Ben is enthusiastic about representing his home community while working with sellers and buyers through the real estate transaction process. Ben is the Broker at Elk County Real Estate, LLC.
