Benjamin Melendez is based in The Agency’s Palm Desert office, it serves the luxurious and dynamic real estate markets of La Quinta, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Palm Springs, Indian Wells, and the greater Coachella Valley. Joining The Agency in 2023, Benjamin brings a unique blend of cultural richness and professional expertise to his role. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, he lived in Mexico and New York City before settling in California. With a degree in Business Marketing, Benjamin transitioned from a successful 27-year career as the Executive Director of Sales at Estee Lauder Corporation, where he honed his skills in sales, marketing, customer relationship management, and strategic networking.
