Benjamin Spencer

Ben Spencer embarked on his real estate journey at 19, purchasing his first multifamily apartment complex. Since then, he has expanded his investment portfolio into industrial, retail, and office properties throughout Central Maine and the Kennebec Valley. Ben now plays a key role at CORE, where he leads the Hallowell office.

Before joining CORE, Ben led the sales team at A-COPI, a commercial copier sales and service company in Gardiner, Maine. His stellar performance earned him recognition as one of New England’s top salesmen from 2017 to 2020, and in 2019, he achieved the prestigious President’s Club honor.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife, their young son, and their dogs. In his downtime, you’ll often find him hunting, fishing, or working the land on his tractor.
