Benjamin Wheat

Ben Wheat, the Vice President of Development and Leasing. He began his professional career that same year with Wells Fargo. During his five years at Wells Fargo, he performed a wide variety of duties including portfolio management, employee development, credit risk analysis and the steady growth of branch portfolios. Ben continued his professional career with Bank of American Fork where he was a Vice President\Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer for eight years. During his tenure at Bank of American Fork, he established the bank’s first branch in Davis County. Under his supervision, the branch became the largest in the northern region within eighteen months. During his service at the bank, Ben was able to expand his portfolio independently from $3,000,000 to over $54,000,000. His professional emphasis and area of expertise were construction and long-term financing for major real estate projects along the Wasatch Front. In December of 2010, Ben received an M.S. in Real Estate Development and a Graduate Certificate in Urban Planning from the University of Utah. Ben brings years of experience and education to Roderick Enterprises.
