Benna Lynch Rondini collaborates with buyers and sellers in Massachusetts, specifically in Needham, Newton, Wellesley, Brookline and surrounding communities with the renowned Berkshire Hathaway Commonwealth Real Estate. Benna’s clients range from first time home buyers to those searching for a multi-million-dollar home in the greater Boston area.

By listening to her clients wants and needs, she partners with them to find just what they are looking for, even seeking off-market opportunities to get them into that most desirable neighborhood. On the sell side, Benna collaborates with clients to price their home appropriately and to market it strategically to maximize the number of potential buyers through the home and obtain the highest price for the sellers in the shortest amount of time.

Prior to her successful career in real estate, Benna was a Certified Public Accountant and a Management Consultant for many years. She now brings that strong business experience to help her clients navigate real estate transactions. Benna’s achievements were recognized early in her career, being named Rookie of the Year in her first year in the business.

Benna has strong ties to Needham and the surrounding communities. With the exception of a brief stint in Europe, Benna has lived in Needham for the majority of her life, growing up in town and graduating from the Needham public schools. She currently lives in Needham with her three children and is involved in various organizations around town.
