I had the greatest experience with Benson as my realtor . My home sold fast. And he helped me find one fast. He stays in touch with his clients and is always available for questions. Selling a house can be stressful, but Benson is your guy, he cares, he’s a family driven , heartfelt person and no listing is too small for him. We highly recommend Benson for your real estate needs. We have purchased two homes in the Greeley area, and he was extremely helpful beyond what you would expect from a realtor. He truly understood what we were looking for and delivered on our exact wants and needs. He definitely goes to bat for you and is a great negotiator. We also appreciate his great eye for design. We purchased a house and had the basement finish negotiated in and he had some great ideas around the layout that we incorporated. He is very responsive and motivated to help his clients. You can't go wrong with Benson!

We moved to Greeley, Colorado from Rio Rancho NM. We knew nothing about the city or what housing would be available. Benson was there to guide us through the whole process from finding a home, the inspection and closing . We can’t say enough about his professionalism and knowledge of the market. Like many of the house in Greeley, the one we bought was on the market one day and we were the last to bid on it. We love our home and have been here almost 6 years. We feel so lucky to have dealt with Verbal especially since we were Newcomers! He is definitely a class act!

Benson was phenomenal for the entire process of selling our first home and buying our second home. He never made us feel pressured, rushed or uncomfortable at all and helped us find the perfect home with EVERYTHING on our list. Our house had offers on it the day it was listed and he negotiated everything to get us into our forever home. He answered any and all questions we had and always was punctual and quick to get ahold of. He truly made the entire process of selling and buying smooth and easy. Benson was so great to work with! He was sensitive and understanding to our situation and never made us feel like selling our house wasn’t a possibility. We were able to list our house within a week of meeting with him and accepted offers after 2 days. He was so patient in walking us through each step in the process. He was very responsive anytime we had question last and kept us up to date on our status frequently. When we are ready to buy again, we will definitely be reaching out to Benson!!!
