About Bentley

Bentley’s journey into real estate started with a senior project in high school and brought him to where he is today – a principal managing broker of a successful real estate investment firm.

In 1998, with hard work and an entrepreneurial spirit, he started up his own landscaping company. By 2006, he successfully sold the landscaping company and became a real estate agent with a focus on commercial real estate. Over the years, he is evolved from a real estate broker to managing his family-owned real estate investment firm, Beachworks LLC.

Since the inception of Beachworks, Bentley has focused on acquisitions for the company and real estate opportunities they can add value too. He has been instrumental in the development of two successful sales teams; an acquisitions team focused on off-market and value-add properties, and a retail brokerage team focused on disposition for new construction projects.

Bentley has steadily gained recognition as one of the top one hundred agents in Seattle selling new construction products. The Beachworks acquisitions team is one of the main contributors to single-family infill in the core of Seattle. Combined, the two teams are a Seattle area market leader, with over $600,000 in sales volume and 500+ units sold.

As a principal owner, Bentley wears many hats to keep the business thriving. He primary responsibilities include business development, managing new construction listings, and overseeing Beachworks’ developments and acquisitions. His daily tasks revolve around maintaining the company’s vision, implementing new systems for productivity, analyzing the latest properties, identifying new leads for acquisitions, and much more.

His true passion for real estate is evident even despite the inconsistent and challenging aspects of the industry. He particularly loves the flexibility and challenge that his job demands, as well as the opportunity to help others succeed both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, Tucker, and Georgia. When not happily consumed with new parent life, he enjoys skiing, golfing, and spending time with his friends.
