About Berenice

Hardworking, determined, and a quick learner all are perfect descriptors of Berenice Ramage and her work ethic. Originally from Mexico, Berenice is bilingual and came to Anderson, South Carolina in 1994 as an exchange student. After moving back to Mexico for a few years and obtaining her law degree, she returned to the States and acquired her real estate license in 2004.

From 2006-2018, Berenice co-owned The Ramage and Bell Team. She’s been knocking on doors and paving her own way ever since. Together, Berenice and Brian have created a successful and long-lasting team with many years of experience in changing markets. Their diligence, persistence, and excellent customer service precede them in all of their transactions.
