I recently had the pleasure of working with Berk as I searched for and purchased my home. From the very beginning, Berk impressed me with his knowledge, expertise, and dedication to me. Throughout the entire process, Berk was always available to answer any questions I had, and he made sure that I was informed and up-to-date every step of the way. His communication skills were exceptional, and he always kept me in the loop regarding any developments or updates.

When it came time to make an offer on my home, Berk provided valuable guidance and advice, and he worked tirelessly to negotiate the best possible deal on my behalf. Thanks to his hard work and expertise, I was able to secure my home at a price that I was comfortable with.

Overall, I cannot recommend Berk highly enough. If you are in the market for buying or selling a new home, I strongly encourage you to work with Berk. You won't be disappointed!

This was our third home we sold. It was also the best experience we’ve had. Berk not only kept us informed of every step that was taken, he also guided us in accepting an offer. By the way, the offer was $25k over asking. He did his due diligence in vetting the buyers offers to ensure the one we accepted would have the funds available for the difference between the offer and the appraisal. I highly recommend him if you’re purchasing or selling a property.
