About Bernadette

One of the aspects of a career in real estate that she absolutely loves is the ability to work with so many wonderful people, (friends new and old). It is incredibly rewarding to be able to help guide, serve and care for people in their real estate endeavors, oftentimes repeatedly, over many years. Having started in real estate in 1984 as a young adult, she has literally “grown up” in this business. Having the stability of a strong and compassionate company with the best local reputation for service and work ethics, has been very grounding for her career, and nothing sort of a privilege. She has enjoyed being a significant part of the success of our real estate family, with many thanks to our founder Richard (Dick) Badger and his business partner Brenda Leavitt, both at the helm when she came to their doorstep in 1989. Their strong roots and commitment to the Mt Washington Valley community provided a caring family environment with growth and opportunity which laid the foundation and framework for her success.
