Bernadette was a truly invaluable resource when my fiancé and I were searching for our first home together. As first time homebuyers, during an unprecedented time, Bernadette took the time to explain and walk us through the process, introduced us to her network to help facilitate the purchase, and make through some bumps in the road. She guided us through several homes, and subtly shared her opinions to ensure we found the “perfect” home for us. I would, without hesitation, recommend anyone to Bernadette, as I know they’d be well taken care of.

Bernadette was an absolute pleasure to work with. My fiancé and I were first time home buyers and Bernadette made the entire process pain-free and really took her time explaining key things and walking us through what to do and look for. She has a wonderful, funny, positive personality which made all the house appointments very enjoyable. Not only was she very personable, she was also readily available, accommodating and helpful with all our various inquiries. Once we received our accepted offer, she was on it with helping set up appraisals and an inspection. We were amazed how quickly she was able to turn that around especially right before a holiday weekend (4th of July). We built a very nice relationship through the whole process and are really happy we had the pleasure of working with her.

Bernadette was excellent in our search for our new home. She is a wealth of information and is extremely patient. She has an excellent network of individuals to help with any and every step in the process. She also works for you, making you feel as though you are her only client and truly wants you to love the home you choose. The process was complicated due to the pandemic and yet her knowledge helped to make the process clear and easy despite everything going on in the world.

My fiance and I had a great experience purchasing our first home with Bernadette as our real estate agent. Throughout the entire process of house hunting to finally closing on our home (about 8 months) Bernadette was always available and ready to work with us whenever we needed. Whether it was getting in to see a house, getting some information on a house, or simple questions about the home buying process, she was always professional, prompt and honest. It was evident from the first time we met with her that she had extensive experience in real estate, and always made sure to have our best interests in the forefront. Along with her expertise, Bernadette's experience has also garnered great contacts and professional relationships throughout the industry that were invaluable to us, especially in this highly competitive, fast moving market.
I would without hesitation refer any of my family or friends to Bernadette to help in their home buying process. As first time home buyers moving out of our parents houses Bernadette was able to turn the daunting process of buying a home, into a fun, totally under control experience, where nothing was left to surprise.

Bernadette was nothing short of amazing! She was a tremendous help in assisting my husband and I with the purchase of our first home in East Islip, NY. Being a first-time home buyer can be very stressful but she made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. I've used Bernadette twice now to buy and sell a home. Both transactions went smoothly. The pictures she posted to RE sites were top notch and she was open and honest about the value of the home and what we could do to improve it for showings and to get the best value. She went above and beyond working w the other agent as well as answering my questions any time I asked for anything. I would reccomend her to anyone looking for an agent as the experience was excellent both times.

Bernadette recently helped us find our first home. Right from the very start Bernadette was the epitome of polite and professional. Bernadette was so patient and attentive, answering all of our countless questions, guiding us with her years of expertise. She was so personable that my husband and I truly felt at ease embarking on the first-time home ownership journey which can be scary. She was always available by phone or by email and in the rare instance she wasn't, she always got back to us promptly. We really felt like we had her as an ally in our corner.

I would recommend Bernadette to anyone. Her knowledge of the areas we were looking in was vast. When it came time to negotiate our deal she really went to bat for us, going above and beyond.
