Above and beyond doesn’t even BEGIN to cover it with Bernadette. My husband and I were fortunate to work with Bernadette for the purchase of our first home in 2016, then again in 2020 for the sale of our home and purchase of a new one. Selling while purchasing a home can be stressful and defeating (to say the least) but rewarding and exciting when choosing the RIGHT team. Working with Bernadette and her team to sell and buy was such a great experience and one we will we will never forget.

For the purchase of our 2016 home, my husband and I were hesitant to purchase right away. As first time buyers, we were nervous and wanted to take our time in looking. Bernadette was not only patient with us, but we never felt pressure from her. She went at our pace and prepared as first time homeowners.

This past year, we decided to upgrade our home. Our process was stressful because we were in escrow for 2 homes at the same time. Bernadette got us TOP DOLLAR for the sale of our first home. Based on the market, she recommended we sell at a significantly higher price than what we had proposed and what we were willing to settle for ($35k more than what we were expecting to sell it for). She and her partner, Kelly Bonelli, worked tirelessly for weeks preparing our home, staging it and holding open houses. She communicated and provided feedback frequently, allowing us to make timely decisions. We ended up selling for the exact price she had recommended and my husband and I were in complete shock to have just accepted an offer worth 35k more than we ever expected.

During this process we fell in LOVE with a home and placed an offer immediately, but my husband and I were slightly discouraged since our offer was contingent on closing escrow on our current home. BERNADETTE to the rescue- she presented our offer and I truly believe that because of her excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport with the seller’s agent, and networking within the real estate community, she got OUR offer ACCEPTED. I not only believe this but KNOW this for a fact.

During the process of closing on both escrows, Bernadette and Kelly did an amazing job communicating and scheduling with inspectors and appraisers to ensure a smooth transition from one home to another. Unfortunately, halfway through the process our buyer’s loan ended up falling through. The situation could have ended up horribly with us falling out of escrow on not just one home but BOTH homes, but AGAIN through constant communication and due diligence between all 3 realtors, we were saved and our buyer was able to secure a new loan with a different lender through our realtor. Long story short, what could have ended up in disaster didn’t and we ended up in our DREAM home within days from our original close of escrow.

In closing, I am at a loss for words (I know, odd after reading my novel above). Choosing a realtor can be stressful and intimidating. When choosing Bernadette and her partner Kelly, you're getting the best service, EXPERT guidance, and a Team that is rooting for you 1000% of the way. Every person on this team has impeccable work ethic, and are downright genuine. If you're looking to buy/sell don't look any further, you've found the true Dream realtor. No one compares.
