About Bess

Bess gained her love for real estate & design working for her dad’s log home company in Winter Park, Colorado.

After earning a business degree, she promptly secured her real estate license and enjoyed immediate success, helping 19 buyers purchase homes during her first year in business, and has now helped myriad buyers, sellers, builders and investors: completing over 300 transactions in the last 10 years.

She earned her interior design degree while working as a Realtor dual-licensee of Colorado and California.
