She knows the market extremely well, set a game plan for listing and showing our home while executing it with such positive energy and lots of effort. In the end, the sale of our home exceeded our expectation in no small part due to Mada’s expertise. She’ll be direct and clear throughout the selling or buying of your property, but always treat you with such kindness. From start to finish, it’s hard to find such a great agent.

She will make sure that all questions are answered quickly and any problems are solved. She provided me with many options and told me the pros and cons of each when selling our house. Back in July 2021, I made a cold call to Beth Alberts because our family would be relocating from Georgia to Highland Park, IL. I picked her because she lived in town and had incredible knowledge of the area. Plus, it felt like talking to an old friend as we introduced ourselves over Zoom.
At the time we were thinking to rent since the buyers market was slim. And to add to the challenge, we wanted our kids to start the school year in IL and we had 3 (very cute) dogs to negotiate in a rental. Beth made it happen!!
We moved in a week before school started because of Beth and her team! She treated us like family and was incredibly helpful in our transition to a brand new area. She even helped witness the virtual closing of our house in Georgia, which was above and beyond expectations.
Eventually our family will transition to our next chapter of buying a home in Highland Park and we will be definitely working with Beth and her team again!

Stephanie has a high real estate acumen, with a deep understanding of the HP market. Stephanie provided great guidance and sound advice on the sale of our older home (price, staging, etc.).
