Brittany was a great relator to work with! She sent me daily updates of places that were available. Each time I saw one I thought I’d like, she took me to see them. She listened to my likes/dislikes at each property and that allowed to her to quickly narrow down the search and find a place that she knew I’d love. She made the closing process very easy and answered all of my many questions. She was a pleasure to work with and if I buy another house in the area, I definitely will be using her again! I highly recommend letting her take care of all of your relator needs!

I can’t think my Ackerman team realtor enough for all they did to help me in my process of buying my home. Beth Ann was awesome helping us find our new Florida home. We had to do everything virtually from Maryland and she kept us up to date via text, email, phone on everything that was available that met our “must haves” for our new home and were in the areas we were interested in. Beth Ann did many virtual tours of homes for us to view layouts of the homes and neighborhoods and was always available to answer questions we had related to insurance, flood zones, services in the area, etc. With the current crazy market conditions, she was able to negotiate and submit offers for us that were competitive while still staying within our budget. Beth works harder for you than any other realtor out there. When I purchased my condo my lender was asking for tons of things from the property manager. The seller's realtor did nothing to move the sale forward. If it were not for Beth's persistence and determination, I don't think we would have closed. So naturally when I went to sell a rental property of mine I chose her. She got it cleaned up, listed and sold very quickly. I would highly recommend her whether you are buying or selling!
