Beth listened to what we were looking for in a house and didn’t pressure us into looking at anything we weren’t interested in. She would let us know anytime a house within our budget went on the market and send us the information. We will definitely use Beth again as our realtor if we ever sell or purchase another house.

Beth is great great realtor. She is very responsive and professional. She took the responsibility seriously and paid attention to what I said. She made sure all my concerns were taken care of before closing. For example, one appliance was delayed due to nationwide back-ordered. She accepted my suggestion and convinced the supplier to upgrade the model and saved about 10 days. During the closing, she went through my closing documents and made sure all the charges were accurate and reasonable. Her attitude gave me a deep impression. I have some experience in real estate transactions but to be honest I never met an agent who will pay attention to buyer's CDs: 1, It is not their money, who cares?; 2, Reviewing a CD is not their scope of work. But Beth is an excellent realtor who will walk extra miles to give you maximum protection. I will definitely choose Beth again should I have more opportunities in the future.

Coming from out of state and with the housing market being a little wild, we had no idea where to begin as first time home buyers. Beth was recommended to us and was such a blessing.
