Beth Ganem

Beth Carlson Ganem is the ultimate real estate professional. As a residential real estate broker for Audrey Edelman & Associates, then Audrey Edelman Realty USA, and most recently Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, Beth’s professional career reached new highs.



Over the past 30 years Beth has consistently been one of the top producing agents in the Ithaca MLS. She has assisted thousands of buyers and sellers in accomplishing their real estate goals.



Beth earned advanced degrees in both nutrition and food science, and was the first woman to earn a Ph.D. in hospitality management at Cornell University’s renowned School of Hotel Administration.
