From a scale of one to five stars, we give Jeff Briggs of The Beth Hines Team a ten!!!! We are aware that the choice is from one to five, but Jeff is exceptional. He deserves a ten. My husband and and I were wanting to sell a piece of commercial property in my hometown. We live out of state. We had heard good things about The Beth HinesTeam from a family member in town. When we contacted Beth, she referred us to Jeff Briggs. Little did we know at the time how fortuitous that would be. We were immediately impressed with Jeff’s level of knowledge of the market. He was professional, straightforward, and authentic, but was also personable, kind, and had a positive attitude. So, we listed our property with Jeff and The Beth Hines Team. It all started when I came down to the Fremont area without any knowledge of what I was going to encounter. The contractor who uses The Beth Hines group told me that she best realtor in the area. I must agree with him. She was very knowledgeable,helpful and professional. Couldn't have been more pleased with The Beth Hines Team. I live across the country and never actually met anyone from the team. Everything happened over the phone and online and I basically sold my home COVID style (no contact). They handled everything from staging a vacant home to scheduling to have some yard debris removed to coordinating maintenance and repairs. We got an acceptable offer in about 3 weeks and the team got to work on the deal and we closed 30ish days later.

Jodi Lee was my realtor and she did an amazing job from start to finish! When I contacted the Beth Hines Team, I got an email and a call within 30 minutes. Jodi asked what kind of house I was looking for, the style, and the area I would like to live in. Due to my work, I lived out of state, so I had to put 100% trust in Jodi to view the houses for me. Jodi did a virtual walkthrough using FaceTime with me. She gave me a very detailed description of the house's condition such as if it smelled, had scratches, or anything out of the ordinary. Once I found the house I liked, she walked me through the home-buying process. She advised me on making an offer, and the different types of inspections, and she had contacts that were able to inspect the property immediately. So, from the beginning of the process to the end, Beth was awesome. Words can’t express the gratitude I have for Jeff Briggs and the Beth Hines team. For two and a half years he showed us homes and was never pushy. He always said “If it’s not exactly what you want, don’t buy it.” Jeff had opportunities to make a sale and numerous times would get out a flashlight and crawl under a house to show me problems that I would have missed. We finally found the house we wanted to call our home and through hard work and determination Jeff was able to help see our real estate transaction through to the end. We had issues with the construction that nearly ended our contract with the builder. Our process was very long and came to a point where I had to get an attorney involved. This was taking up hours of Jeff’s time daily and got to a point where I felt guilty about taking up so much of Jeff’s time. I told Jeff that we may end up having to go through litigations and gave Jeff the option of backing out as my realtor just because the conflict between the builder and myself was so overwhelming. Jeff did not bat an eye and vowed to stick it out with us, and no matter what the end result, he would not leave our sides. He kept his word, and today we closed on our new house. After Beth met with my wife and myself we discovered that even after the realtor fees that Beth was able to list our house for more money than we had tried to sell for ourselves. Leaving this review with hopes to help others looking for an OUTSTANDING realtor. Shelby Rockwell was an absolute rockstar. We had a very hard time with our lender though this entire process. Shelby was professional, punctual, thorough, and the reason we were able to buy our first home! She continually worked day and night to make sure we had EVERYTHING we needed, even when our lender couldn’t seem to get it together on their end, Shelby persisted and got us into our home with every stipulation we asked for! Not to mention, she was there for us emotionally and always super encouraging, as this process is not for the faint of heart. She was a literal superwoman and we are forever grateful for her hard work and dedication to her clients! There is no doubt that we would choose her over and over again, she exceeds any expectation and made buying our first home a reality! We thank you more than words could say!

Beth and her team worked hard to help my brothers and myself sell our parents home. Us siblings tried for a year with no results. Within a 2-3 week period, Beth had us a buyer.

I have nothing but great things to say about Beth and her team. Before contacting Beth I had talked with three different realtors who had greatly differing opinions on the value of my home. Beth came prepared with her research and explained what my home value was and how she came to that conclusion. Her research led to my getting top dollar for my home and I received an offer after the second showing. There were two closings out of state that had to occur prior to the closing on my home and Beth and her team stayed on top of both those events and kept me informed during the whole process. Her assistant Amy is a true asset to the team and a joy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Beth and her team.

I recently relocated to NC from Delaware and I had the privilege of meeting Tara Cook my agent. I spent two days in town looking at a dozen houses or so and Tara was just great. While I did put an offer in on a house it fell through due to the survey we kept in touch. Within days Tara mentioned there was another house completely redone. I was not able to make it down to look at it so Tara suggested we FaceTime from the property. The house was perfect for my needs and impeccable. We put an offer in the same day. I never thought I would buy a house through FaceTime but this technology allowed me to feel as if I was walking through. I came back into town do a walk through and Tara went above and beyond picking me up at the airport and driving me around for the day. Tara does what needs to be done to get the deal done. Working with Tara has been an easy experience and seamless because Tara is well versed in the local market. We have since become friends and keep in touch regularly. I highly recommend Tara because of her care in what a client needs and personal knowledge in the area and the market.

Beth works super hard for her clients. Years ago she sold my house in only a couple of weeks when the market was down and houses were just not selling. Recently she came out to show me a house on the same day I called her when the listing agent was going to take a week to show it to me. I was able to put in a winning offer because of that.

I had been looking at houses in the Johnson County area and decided that I needed a Realtor to help me out. I approached the Beth Hines team and was introduced to Shelby Rockwell. Shelby listened to everything I wanted in my new house and then went to work. Within a few weeks she found exactly what I was looking for. I am happy to say that I will be closing on my new house by the end of the month. This team is awesome and Shelby Rockwell is great at what she does.

Very competent and capable; all paperwork, inspections, walk throughs etc have been done in a timely manner and we are content with our new home purchase. Unfortunately, Beth Hines does lack customer service skills and is overly busy and distracted. Overall, we are happy to have bought a home she represented but feel like she could show a little more friendliness and connection with her buyers.

Due to miscommunication I mistakenly jumped to unwarranted conclusions about Mrs. Hines. She proved to actually be quite thorough in her approach. Don't become impatient with her, she has a lot of listings to tend to, and she will definitely show you results. My apologies for jumping to conclusions are extended to her, but even after I done so, she even volunteered to pay half (out of her own pocket) for my new blinds. That's professionalism simply because after my initial reaction she kept it professional and brought it home. Thank you Mrs. Hines!!
