About Beth

For more than 25 years, I have been a leader in the Charlotte-area real estate market, developing a significant following among homebuyers, sellers and developers. Known and respected industry-wide, I constantly exceed $20 million in sales volume annually. But my real estate experience extends far beyond that of a broker -- I am committed to providing personalized service and building strong client relationships.

Born in Syracuse New York, I first came to the Lake Norman area of North Carolina with my family after my father’s airport burned down. A tragic situation turned into a love for North Carolina and the southern charm you can only find in the South. After graduating from North Mecklenburg High School and Central Piedmont Community College for Real Estate, I launched my real estate career with Alyce Walker Realtors. Building developer/builder relationships, I then moved to Exit First Choice Realty and the Union County area of North Carolina to help lead a sales team of agents while assisting a local developer in developing and custom home sales in several esteemed neighborhoods. I currently work closely with a team of experienced brokers, who help each other maintain one-on-one connections with clients.

I have fostered a reputation for understanding buyers and sellers and helping them to identify their needs. I am proud of the relationships I build with my clients and with owners and their children for years, helping them grow and meet the changing needs of family and location, while advising them how to maximize the return on their investment.

Working initially with first-time buyers, I quickly learned how to help them purchase “the American dream.” Then in later years I specialized in development of neighborhoods, designing functional yet beautiful quality custom-built homes for families to enjoy for years to come. Sometimes I sold the same custom built home to family after family! One of my favorite sales stories was moving a growing family “up” to their fourth custom built home! I will be there too, when they are ready to downsize. My ability of being able to understand the struggles of both the developer/builder and the buyer help make transactions run smoothly.

Despite all the demands of a successful real estate career, I am fully committed to balancing work and family, spending as much time as possible with my grown children. In my free time I also enjoy being with my two dogs, baking and photography.

I am an active member of my local 4-H organization, and I volunteer for Mitey Riders, a non-profit organization that provides therapeutic horseback riding. In addition, I belong to Saint Luke’s Catholic Church.
