My wife and I have had the pleasure of doing business with Beth several times over the last decade. Beth is very knowledgeable in her field and knows what is best for her clients. She is very accessible and easy to work with. Going above and beyond is a regular thing for her. I cannot give a higher rating than a 5 or I most certainly would. If you can retain her services.....DO IT!

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Beth Kane. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We didn’t met with any realtors before Beth but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. We had been working with her for almost three years and not once did she give up on us. She is honest and hands on she really helped take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and almost ended up in a bidding war. Beth walked us through every step of the negotiations, even made suggestions as needed.
Here’s the summary, from a simple email on 3/26 to looking at 6 homes on 4/4 to making a offer on 4/6 and to close on 6/1.

We have several friends looking for homes and we always recommend Beth to them!
