In Beth's 21st year full time in real estate, she is still in her sweet spot. Having a small part in God's hand in her clients lives is still as thrilling today as when she was a newbie. She is proactive, tenacious and a problem solver by nature. Her goal is to make each transaction as pleasant and stress free as possible for her buyers and sellers and as such, she works very hard to anticipate "the next thing". Purchasing and selling real estate today is complex and ever changing. She works with first time buyers, move up buyers, those relocating to the greater Chicagoland suburbs and luxury buyers. She has represented sellers who are selling their first home, seasoned home sellers and luxury home sellers. Assisting her clients in making a careful, wise housing decision is of utmost importance to her. She opened the first office in IL for Fathom Realty in January 2014. Best business decision made to date! Best real estate brokerage, hands down, ever! Today we have offices in Wheaton, Downers Grove, Ottawa, Western Springs and Chicago. Each office has a managing broker and she is thrilled to be working with some of the brightest and best managing brokers and agents in our community. On a personal level, she has been married to the love of her life for 42 years. They have five children, five in-law kids and thirteen grandkids! Being a grandma is the best reward for being middle aged!!
